getting ready to install my donaldson exhaust and was wondering if anyone out there decided to cut off their catalitic converter when they were installing the new muffler...i live in an area where emissions are no problem..that is not my concern...i'm mnore concerned with the truck itself..i've heard the the "check engine light" stays on permantly..and some other crap like that...is it true???
