I have seen and myself had a real problem reciving the work agreed in our waranty contract done or done correct. We really could help ourselves by finding the best way to make this work better.This is also to deal wit hparts deamed good by sema. I have tryed to COMUNICATE and I have writen it in clear english to them. I have been lied to and all sorts of stuff, I even like many of you guys have told them how to fix it and still no luck. I have fixed it and showed them how it has fixed it ( assuming there as uninformed as I thought.) They care about money, not your happyness and pride in your truck. It would be nice to see far more ( I had my trk fixed and all is good more offten.

 

We should give this some thought. This is easier said than done, but a few organizations like DTR and TDR working together might get some attention by sheer numbers alone. Look at the problems people are having with air conditioners and ball joints. Just because it doesn't happen to you doesn't mean that we can't work together to try to get Dodge's attention.

It would take someone with more free time than me to make this work, but it is a good idea if not taken to extremes.
