Tonight when I went out for dinner the truck was driving perfectly normal.
I stopped at a light... and when I tried to start off again the truck almost stalled and barely had any power. I had to put it into first to pull off on to a side street. Ran rough for a minute... turned it off. Check engine light came on as soon as it all happened.
I got out... checked everything i could.. couldn't find anything obvious that was wrong. Started it... ran fine. Drove straight home and it gave me....
P0201 Injector 1 Control Circuit
P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P2146

Any input on what would cause that?
Do you think its safe to drive again?
I cleared the codes... but haven't driven it again yet.

 

Check your connections. Washed the engine lately?

 

I washed the truck earlier that day... sprayed into the wheel wells.. but I didn't do the engine at all. That was also 7 hours earlier and I drove it around all day after that

 

Replace the valve cover gastket, I have been seeing wiring for injectors breaking in the gasket material.. Clean oil from cylinder head cover gasket
2. Inspect cylinder head cover gasket for cuts or damage. Replace if damaged.
3. Place cylinder head cover gasket on top of rocker housing (2).
4. Install injector solenoid nuts (1) at injectors. Tighten to 1.25 N·m ( 11 in. lbs. ).
5. Connect injector harness connectors (3) at cylinder head cover gasket.
