EGT Temperature ranges

What should be the min and or maxium EGT temperatures for a 06 5.9TD? I am pulling a 12,000# fifth wheel. I have called Cummins and local dealers and can't seem to find the correct range. Any help would be appericated

It depends on pre-or post-turbo. Pre Turbo you don't want to excede 1450° for spikes, but should probably keep it UNDER 1300° when talking about a constant temperature. Post-turbo should be kept under about 1000°.

No Problem. An intake and exhaust will greatly reduce those temps if you are seeing numbers that are too high.
