my 03 took my about an hour or so, no big deal at all. drilling and tapping the hole was fairly stright forward.

there are many tips posted of the best ways to keep the shavings outof the turbo.

Grease bit, leave truck running, magnet on a stick, plug the tailpipe about 95%. .

the additude monitor reads an electronic signal. so no tapping. the EGT is the only thing to get tapped.

The ATT is plug and play and very easy to install.. All you need is a 1/8 NPT tap to install the EGT.. Takes about 10 minutes to do

My dad's not happy with his, he unhooked it.

It made the truck get worse MPG and it put a code into his computer and now the truck runs like crap even with the box completely unhooked.

the EGT gauge on the monitor is USELESS. when you floor it it stays at like 800 for like 5 seconds then jumps up to like 1300 and is not consitent at all.

The EGT function of it sucked, the boost never stays, when he floored it and held it the boost went like 31-28-33 and just jumped all around.

I would say his issues are not typical of the vast majority of Edge users. I have a separate EGT and Boost gauge and they track the Attitude closely.

I enjoyed mine for a long time before I outgrew it. I did notice a big difference in the EGT and boost readings that the edge gave me and what my analog gauges told me. I think that the newer versions of the Edge are right on, tho. I'd still get a mechanical EGT gauge to be safe, tho. The Hot unlock runs pretty hot on them. I have video evidence to back this up...
