Hey guys ,got my Edge W/A installed yesterday but I seem to have a problem .
Nothing happens when I turn on the truck ,the display is blank , I checked the connections ,seems all good .
Any ideas on what might be the issue ? maybe the box itself ?

I'm going to recheck the wire that grounds it ,maybe not making connection ?

Truck runs fine and all seems normal there just nothing on the Edge monitor at all .

do you notice any power change if you hit the up or down arrows?

 

I would check the green connector first and then the fuse tap to make sure you're on the correct side of the fuse (hot).

 

instructions say to use fuse 30 which is a spare , I used a light tester and I dont find power in this location ?
I have tried the tap on both sides of the fuse with the same result .

 

Any fuse with power only when the key is on should work. Each truck is a little different on which fuses are used depending on options, etc. Just find another fuse with your test light and try that.
