ECM Problems

I'm hoping somebody out there can help. I have been taking my 03 back to the dealer for a few months now for two differant things. The first is that the check engine light comes on when ever I pull a long grade with my 7000 lbs trailer in tow and the second is at 2600rpm to 2900rmp the truck surges. I thought the problem might be the Dr. Performance module so I removed it the surge is better while emty but with the trailer hooked up it is still there and the check engine light still comes on. The dealer has reflashed the ECM two or three times and now tells me the ECM is bad but that they are on national back order and gives me back the truck and tells me to go ahead and drive it. The dealer tells me that the codes that have shown up when the check engine light has come on are for high pressure in the fuel rail, low voltage to something else and a code that should come from a truck with a Hemi in it. I should also mention that the high pressure relief valve stuck open and has had to be replaced. This truck now has 25000 miles on it and has been to the dealer on a flatbed three times along with all the times I have been able to drive it there with these problems.

Sorry this is so long

Any help would be great

send in the lemon card , certified mail . The district manager will call you within 10 days. It will either be fixed right the next time or they have to buy it back. I did this with my 600 and it was fixed!
