My dealer serivce guy said the same thing. However, he did end up find out how to get it ordered, I pick mine up this afternoon installed. I'll ask how specificly he ordered it and report back.

Buzz,
Apparently, what was happening was that the brake is an "AB" part number, 82208835AB. When my guy tried the first time, (and he's real good) he just blew right by the fine print associated with a part of this nature. Have you parts guy try it again and tell him to slow down he has to enter certain values that he normally wouldn’t have to with other parts. Hope this helps. BTW the part they priced matched from here http://www.klenger.net/dodge/general...lle-dodge.html and was charged $250.00 for labor, which was well worth it in my mind due to the fact that their best tech worked on it from 8am-6pm! It works great, I couldn't be more happy with the results.
Call around for the labor price, I found that other dealers wanted as much as 600.00, when you find the cheapest one have you guys match.
Regards
Jeff
