eagle 114 20x10 with 35s?

I was getting ready to order my set of tires until i found on here a post about 20x10 wheels will not fit 35s with just a 2" leveling spacer? Is this true on all 35's or just some with some real gnarly tread? i was wanting to go with the toyo mt's. If 35s wont fit with a leveling spacer will 305/55/20's? i currently have 305/50/20s and they look like a lowrider mobile, bought the wheels and tires new from an individual that had them for something else but wouldn't fit. Didn't like the tires when i bout them but they have worked up to now and they are seperating like crazy. I've read on tire tech pages and the 305/55 is about 1" taller, so i'm assuming that with a 2 inch spacer surely they would work but i'd rather go with the 35s with a spacer but wondering who has tried this and if they did get it to work how much fender rolling did they have to do or what else is needed. any advice would be greatly helpful

I'm running on stock wheels, but I have a friend who is running them on a set of procomp wheels (I think the 6089 series) without a problem.

a 20x10 will stick way out there and probably hit the fender hard right in front of the cab with only a 2" leveling kit. Better get a 9" wide wheel with 5" or better backspacing.

thats the problem i already have 20x10 wheels have had them for a while. I'm running 305/50/20s right now they clear without spacers. I'm sure a 305/55/20 will clear with 2" spacer which is a 33". but what i'm asking is there anyone with this setup that is running 35's with a 2" spacer?
