Is DTR store legit?

About 3 weeks ago I ordered a quadzilla rail pressure gauge and lift pump kit. Still not here. Is it because I live in Canada? Is this normal wait? How can you contact them theres no link unless u buy?

Scott,

I see your order went through on the 13th and was shipped via International US Postal service to your PO Box as requested. I will run down the shipping number for you tomorrow so we can see what is up with that delivery.

That is a little longer than I am used to seeing via USPS. Sometimes they can get held up at Customs but lately I have Canadian customers thanking me for the super fast delivery...........No clue why your order should be any different.

I can not explain it at the moment but I will find out and let you know tomorrow. You can reach me at 304-952-6896 9 to 5 Eastern.

I had a Canadian order held up for almost a month by customs. I'd say be patient. Lary is definitely legit as you see by the previous post....

I ordered a smarty jr. last week and it arrived at my place in canada today, just one week and top notch service. Lary was great with email and more than reasonable shipping charges.

Customs is the usual hold up I have waited for a couple weeks before and this is after customs already had it.

Better to say something, so I can look into it I can only assume you got the stuff unless you say otherwise. The number of times things have actually gone missing over the years I can count on one hand. We have actually been very fortunate considering the amount of product we ship out.

More than likely somebody at Customs is just sitting on it, but I won't know until I do a little research.

It's a customs thing. Still trying to figure out what happened to free trade??? My Smarty arrived in 2 days and my Quad stuff was about 10 days. Just be glad Lary shipped it with the USPS and not UPS or it would cost you $500.00 extra for brokerage+duty+UPS handling fee+just because we can UPS fee+GST+PST...

Totally true. I have had stuff shipped in the mail here in 5 days.. UPS I paid over $300 to ship a shop analyser for repair, 10 days plus brokerage.. And I OWN IT!

Be patient, the customs brokers take their sweet time, especially if its shiny!

Everything we've ever shipped to Canada has been delayed at least a week at the border; we also ship USPS International to avoid UPS's confiscatory brokerage fees, so there's no way to track it once it enters a foreign country.

There's no safer place to spend your money on the internet than the DTR Store.

I'm still here. I sent you a PM as well. It's only been about a week "post-office time" so they haven't had enough time to get there. Just give it a few more days and I'm sure the gauges and the stuff from DTR will arrive. Lary ships very fast and you'll get it asap. Customs can be a pain.
