I got the Pennzoil synthetic for the rear at Advance Auto, about $43 for 4 quarts IIRC. I don't remember what I put in the trans but it came from AA as well. I do remember that I put the driver's side on ramps and got 6 quarts in with no mess.
i took my 05 in for service 42K miles, dodge dealership just drained trans and added back, changed filter.
told me not change out differential until 100k, oil must have that anti foam
checked coolant, said it was good to go.
old dodgie do right runs great.
guess batteries will be next, but they still start it right up, never had batteries last that long.

Axles spec 75w90 GL5 full synthetic. I run redline in mine, but there are many other fine choices. The rear cover has a full line stamped on it about 3/4" below plug. Gaskets are reusable.
Transfer case I run the mopar stuff ATF+4. Takes a bit over 2 quarts.

The transfer case takes a little more than 2 quarts of ATF+4 transmission fluid. I currently use Valvoline ATF+4. Just make sure that you can get the top (fill) plug loose prior to removing the drain plug.
As far as differentials go, I also use Redline 75w/90 GL5 in my 03. I use Mobil Delvac in our 07 CTD company trucks as well as my 01. The rear 11.5 diff. will take 122 oz. or 3.8 quarts and the front 9.25 will take 76 oz. or 2.375 quarts.
Two more fluids that are oftentimes overlooked until problems arise are the power steering fluid and brake fluid. I recommend you consider performing a flush of these systems as well. I have attached a link provided by member AH64ID demonstrating the power steering fluid flush. I use Valvoline ATF+4 in the power steering system and ATE TYP 200 or Castrol SRF brake fluid with stainless steel Speedbleeders to make the procedure simple.
