Capacities are in the sticky. I'd do 80W-90 in the front and xfer case. For the rear diff it depends on what the truck is used for. If you just putter around like me, then run 80W-90. If it's a tow rig use 85W-140 synthetic.
The only down side I've seen with the 75/140 is that it retains too much water - as per an oil analysis. The 75/140 simply does not get hot enough - in normal driving to boil off water. I would suspect that if you tow a lot this would not be an issue.
