Does this sound like a Transmission issue??

Just drove a few hours on the interstate and truck ran fine, got off and had a few stop signs. Seemed like a break was sticking, when I let off the break it did not go and it was like you could feel it release, came on home, all of the rims are cool so if it is sticking it is not much. Unloaded, truck cooled down, took it for a test drive and no sticking but I did notice on full acceleration it almost feels like I am on 3/4 power. It gets to 2500 or so but does not want to climb up to 3000 and shift as normal.

No codes or anything, appears fine under 1/2 throttle.

Does this sound like a transmission, turbo or fuel issue?

I sent my box back to Quad to check after the computer issue so I can not see rail pressure or boost pressure.

Ran it today and shifts fine 99% of the time. Once with light throttle it went to 2500 and I let off then it shifted. When the computer went out they said that it took the solenoid with it so with a new one, computer..... it would have to learn the shifting patterns. Does this sound like the normal part of the learning curve?
Also is the brake tied to the trans thru the computer in any way?

Apparently the transmission was going out and had a cracked seal allowing some of the pressure to blow by. Had it re-built and have a few thousand miles on it without issue. I guess it was due, over 200K on stock transmission.
