I ordered several filters through FleetGuardFilterStore.com back before Christmas and have not recieved them yet. The customer service phone number they list is a non-working number and no one returns my calls and messages left on company cell phone. They show everything paid in full, ship date on or before 12-28 by UPS....but no UPS tracking number as of yet.

Please someone tell me that some idiot with a false website is not running around with my info and money!!!!!!!!!

 

They are in Iowa right? Could be weather related issues along with the heavy Holiday shipping. accuweather says up to 10 inches of snow in that area. Their website says you can contact them by email.
