Difficult CODE to understand

I turn my truck on today and the engine was vibrating pretty good at Idle. I check the code on the ignition and found that it was displaying

P0633, something to do with the SKIM KEY NOT PROGRAMMED?

I read up on it and see that it has something to do with some king of programming?

My truck is a 2003 3500 stock other then lift pump and commander. The dealership just did a reflash which has helped out with cold starts. Curious why a code is showing up??

Does anyone know?

Don't worry about it. Skim module didn't see the ECM while it was "offline" during the flash. Tech probably could have gone back in and cleared all dtc's after the flash, but it's really no big deal.
