Which differential fluid weight

Soon I'll be changing rear/front diff fluids. I don't tow anything (yet). I always have minimum 600lbs in the bed of my truck. Sometimes double that. Anyhow what weight lube would you guys recommend. This is my first time changing gear lube on my truck. Any tips???
Thanks, Tony

Changing fluid is a piece of cake. It is simply unbolt the covers and reuse the gaskets. I would run the 75/90w or 80/90w as you arnt running heavy and the 140 stuff cost almost twice as much. I bought mobil 1 for $8 a quart vs $14 for the 140. I used a fill tube that looks like it came off of a gas can that I bought at the auto store. It worked real slick and just screwed right onto the containers. It also has a twist on/off valve that makes things a little easier. Good investment for a couple bucks. It will take you just under 7 Quarts off fluid. 4 in the rear and 3 up front.
