You can eliminate the fuel filter because if it ran like crap before you filled the tank then ran fine after refilling the tank then if your filter was suspect it would still be running bad.

I actually have been running DK for the past 6 tanks off and on at the recommended dose.
With the DK I get about 500Km (310miles) to a tank. With out the DK I get 800-900km (490-559miles) per tank.

I am not to sure but I have just refilled my tank again with out the DK and will run this tank and another to see. Then I will run two more tanks of the DK to see what effect it has.

Yes with the DK my truck runs rougher at lower speeds then on the highway it smooths out.

I think it may be the additive may not be good for some fuel and truck combos.
I will let you know what i come up with in a week or two.

Once you get it straightened out, if it is available, save your money and run biodiesel. Carry a spare F.Filter, just in case. It will clean your whole fuel system. It is also the best for lubricity improver for ULSD fuel than anything you can buy. I agree that is sounds like bad fuel.

I used it a few times and soon after lost some injectors . I don't know if it was just coincidence or the diesel kleen . I haven't used it since and have not had any more problem . I never used any additives in any of my past diesels and never had any problems for close to 500,000 miles . I vote a waste of time and money and could do possible harm to these engines . Additives do one thing good they make the producer of the product money and little for the people who use them . I have not seen one bit of data that proves people who use this product have less problems and in my case twice I lost injectors after use .

I noticed that Price Dog did not say what size bottle of PS that he bought, if he bought the 96 oz and used it all then that amount could cause problems.

i have ran many bottles of DK on about 5-8 gallons of fuel in the tank, figured a potent mix would kleen things up a bit. no troubles here. well other than troubles that i had before ever adding things, i noticed my truck enjoys the 2 stroke.
