Deflash TSB

Is there anyway to deflash the PCMfor a TSB that has been applied. For the life of me after getting the 18-003-06 tsb applied the trans performance SUX!
It seems the trans shift is not as firm, like it wants to stay in gear longer than need which degreases boost and that it downshifts when it is not needed. Even my wife says it performed better before i had the tsb. Mind you i also and the fuel mileage TSB forget the number, but that i would not think affect Trans perforamance.

Unfortunately, the news will probably be bad on this one. I've never heard of a way to do this, and plenty of people have asked.

borrow someones bullydog triple dog. download any program then go back to stock. Bullydogs stock is an older stock program without any TSB's put into it. I may be wrong but that is what I was told.

I was told by my dealer that once a flash has been done to update software there is no way to go backwards. the tools will not allow it.

I bought the seat belt extensions. Once plugged into the drivers side the horn tooten stoped. Obviously fools the computer into thinking the seat belt is hooked.
So if you dont want extensions just hook the belt up while your jumping in and out or whatever.
Or rework the wiring under the seat.

yeah i thought of the programmer option. But, i am sure that if the dealer finds the codes missing, then the old warranty will be no more. I guess that
is a lesson learned and another reason to get a Quad box

Could i not just take it to the dealer and have them flash the truck back to stock PCM settings ?

FWIW, some of the codes go into other computers than where the BullyDog does it's work.

the BD won't take away the horn honk/reverse TSB

since yours is tranny related, a BD may erase/reprogram that area.
wiht that said, the BD stock program is not that good, low MPG, low power per posts & personal experience.

yes, there is a TSB on how to reload a new ECM from cummins,

i had mine re-done that way (charged ~$100) and it erased all the TSB's (no high idle, no horn honk in reverse)
