If a part is on nat b/o they can try to find another dealer who has one in stock but in most cases they will not sell it .they can upgrade the order to a VOR status and pay special handling if you are willing to pay for the extra charge

 

Some of the warranty's are 100.00 what one do you have?

 

Heck, that's nothing, my buddy had a new lift pump installed at the staeler alst yr, stock 85k mi. They didn't warranty it AND they replaced with the old style pump, didn't even do the new in tank pump! (He was only 19, didn't know any better at the time)
