Dealer wont warranty engine replacement

Im in Colby, ks right now. I had two injectors go out they replaced them under warranty. I put 1,000mi on it it pushed a gallon of oil out and was acting like another injector was out so I took it back in. They ran a compression test on it and the two that the injectors failed on only had 100psi. So when they went out they melted the slugs. The Distract manager says hes not warranting it because of my quadzilla air filter. Which has nothing to do with the injectors knocking holes in the pistons. What do I need to do or who do I need to get ahold of to get this takin care of.

They have to prove the filter caused that. Tell them they need to prove how it caused the issue. If you had eaten a bearing or something maybe they would have a case but buring a hole in a piston can only be done by junk injectors. I would call Chrysler Customer support and ask to speak to that guy boss. I would also speak with the owner of the dealership.

if the filter meets or exceeds oem specs they don't have a leg to stand on...... however, if it doesn't you pay
but i'll bet it exceeds.........
