Cylinder contribution test?
Cylinder contribution test?
I was going to ask what a cylinder contribution test did, but I thought I would search first and found this:

Is this right? Any more info?
I bought autoenginuity too but I looks like they don't have the contribution test as such for a Dodge. I see it listed for a Ford. They do have the ability to turn off each cylinder. So if the test consists of watching the RPM while each cylinder turned off does that comes down to the same thing?
You have to be connected to the vehicle for AE to show you anything. So I went an connected. In addition to the cylinder cut offs there is a test called "cylinder performance test", it does not seem to turn on.
Something is not quit right about my AE OBD-II connector, it does not connect well and then looses connection. I have to get that fixed.
Thanks!
