well my dad has an 04.5 with the BD X tuner and intake along with a fuel system upgrade. well last week for some reason he got alot and i mean alot of fuel into his crank case. so we take it the the dealer, only 48K on it, and they tell us it had 2 cracked injectors along with a major crack in the head. told us that there is probably going to be a recall on the head for an 04.5 trucks. all under warranty with no probs at all just thought i would let you fellas no.

 

im not real sure how the bd box works but if it adds pressure thats more than likely the reason for the injecor issue. as far as the head being cracked, 9 out of 10 times thats caused by getting into it withouth the truck being warmed up (190 degrees). good luck
