cp3 leaking??

I noticed smell of diesel while driving the truck and looked and saw small drips from under cp3 pump. Anything I can do to repair diy? Or am I better off getting a reman. Difficult to take off any special tools? Thank you

Typical CP-3 leak. You can reseal it with slightly larger and better o-rings if thats where the leak is.

Mine had the same slight leak for many miles now especially since I replace the lift pump. I wouldn't be worried unless it is spewing.
