what would cause the screws in the cp3 housing to to back out and split the housing?do i need a new cp3?where is the best place to get one at a reasonable price ?thanks

 

Im not sure what would cause your problem but i do know that you can get a factory reman CP3 from Turbo Diesel Injection in Indianapolis for $750.50 I just priced one last week. (317) 247-7373

 

if you need to replace it, you will have it out, why not put it on the bench and try the diy cp3 mod on the old parts, and if it goes well, put them on the new pump for a lil extra flow for the troubles

i got my level 1 cp3 from wicked diesel installed. the truck has not run this good since it was new.my fuel milage has increased a little also. the pump set me back 789.00 after the 300.00 core. i am very pleased with the service i recieved and the pump is awsome.
