cooling capacity how much

looking to flush my 2003 cdt s/o cooling system does anybody know how moch it holds my owners manuel lists gas motors

my 04 is 7 gallons, im sure an 03 is the same

thanks I was told at pep boys when I bought the zerex g05 antifreeze that 4 gallons was not enough that the system was 33 quarts but I thouht that was to much thanks
