Coolant Leak-Help-Picture attached

Need some help. Noticed when I pulled in the driveway this afternoon my truck was leaking coolant. See pic, it is dripping pretty good when the engine is running enough that during my 6 mile drive home the underside of the truck was pretty wet. Was not leaking when I left work.

SO water pump ? What is involved to replace it ? Any service manual instructions someone could post ? Heck I don't even know if it is the water pump

Could use some quick help

Thank you

I can't tell from the picture but if it is a water pump it is an easy fix. Remove your belt, water pump has two bolts and comes right out. A little gasket material on the new one and it slips right in. Put belt back on and good to go. I am no mechanic by any means and it took me all of 30 minutes to change, more time is spent taking the belt on and off then installing and removing the water pump. I think I paid $45 for mine. I am sure some other more knowledgable people will chime in and give some better advice.

Yeah its the water pump for sure. I can see its wet on the bottom side of the housing and I can see the drip path. Its covered under the 7 yrs-100K mile Cummins warranty except my truck is 7.5 yrs old with 67K miles. Bummer.

Anyone have exploded views for removal and installation. Do you have to remove the fan blade to access everything ?. I think I will replace the serpentine belt while I'm at it.

No, you don't have to remove the fan blade, just the serpentine belt. Try the search function and you might come up with something.
