Just wondering if you all could do me a favour.

Please go out to your truck, turn the ignition on and wait for the commander to fire up. Your pump should run for 20 seconds or so. Once the fuel pressure is up and displayed, click you key over a couple times so the pump stops. Can you monitor the pressure in the system for me please and let me know what it does.
I am chasing my hard starting problem, my fuel pressure drops from 4 psi with the pump off to 1 psi in no time. Still think it's fuel delivery related with the FASS fuel system.

Hopefully easy fix without spending alot of money on troubleshooting.

Mine pumps at 4-6 psi for 20 seconds and goes to zero.
