code P1754 and P0483

Does anyone know what codes p1754 and p0483 are? And are they related?
My truck will not shift out of 1st. It is a 2005, 3500 with a 48RE

I found them. p1754 is the Throttle valve actuator. It was replaced a few months ago. not impressed that it may be gone again.

My wife's '03 has that code. Is that HVAC fan or engine fan? What does it mean?
