code p0299

about 10 mouths ago i put new turbo on and its been doing great but since about 4 mouths ago my check engine light has come on 3 times over the 4 mouths with the same code (p0299) just wondering what some have done to fix the problem or is this going to be the normal thing

What year truck are we talking about here? there are a number of changes to these engines from the early 90's thru today.

P0299 is turbocharger underboost......you sure it's an '04 and not an '04.5? Seems that code would happen more or less with an electronic actuated charger.
