Code P0192
Code P0192
Installed Flux 2's today and got everything buttoned up and triple checked all connections and everything else before I started it. Crank, Crank, and started, ran rough and smoked a little for about 15 seconds then smoothed out and idled so smooth I almost wept...
I shut it off, came back 30 min. later to take it for a drive and when I started it the little motor icon was lit up (check engine light). Cycled the key and found code P0192-"Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Voltage Too Low". Was this due to the initial start up of the truck when the fuel rail was completely empty? I have a rail pressure gauge and it's reading normal and my fuel pressure gauge is right on 18 psi where it normaly is. I don't know if I should drive the truck with the engine light on or not. I've heard some say that driving it will make it go off but I have no idea. I have never had the check engine light come on nor have I ever had a code so I have no idea.

I haven't got the 64/71/13ss installed yet. Waiting till my stage 2 cp3 is ready to go on. I'll let you know though, I've heard good things about it.
