clutch on 05 2500 6spd hemi

hello helpful folk,
I have heard what im assuming is the throw out bearing and or pilot bearing for a month or 2 now, and just now they have finally started to scream like a banshee.

the dealer put a clutch in my truck when i bought it, and am now 120 000 kms farther down the road.

to save some cash this time, a more knowledgable friend and myself are going to try and tackle this in the shop.

before i get parts, is there anything else this could be and ive got it all wrong? the reason i wonder if it is both bearings is because there is two different noises, one with the clutch in, and one without, and really only at idle or low speeds where road noise doesnt drown it out.

i dont imagine i will be able to drive too much farther until i fix this; any input is appreciated. thanks!

I would do a complete clutch job while you have it out pilot and throw out resurface the fly wheel
