I thought i measured the right amount of trans fluid, but after driving it around getting it up to normal temp. It shows about a 1/4 inch above full and a few bubbles.
Do i need to drain some out or will it be ok?
Going to do some light towing (Heavy 8 X 14 Trailer with 3 large atv's) for about 265 miles through the state of TN. This next week.

 

You should be fine but if the fluid goes get hot there isa overflow behind the convertor that the fluid will push out of. So do not get worried if you see a small puddle under the truck after some towing.. I usually run my 04.5 about a quart over full.
