I was wondering those of you who have the 2004.5 dodge rams have the 4" exhaust from turbo back. Is the pipe going into the cat and out also 4"? Reason I ask is the cat on my 2003 seems to be 3 or 3 1/2 in and 3 1/2 inches out.

Does anyone know what the part number is for the 2004.5 cat?

That's not a CAT on a 2003 (or pre-2004.5) - Its a muffler.

 

Yes, it is 4" all the way from turbo to tip.

dwhite - do you happen to know the part #? On mine where was a tag on the cat with the # just wondering if it was the same (the tag has since been burned off with some miles on my truck).

 

My sticker was on the top and when I peeled it off it looks like the number is: 14XA014405334 ( there may be a letter before this number I just can't tell)

Also there is another number that is seperate: *P52121210AA*
