Carli install

Full Carli suspension.....What a ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A must for anyone in need of better performance. Took a total of two days in my garage with a friend and a heater. Average temp was 14 degrees. Wheels and tires just came in a week later. Not much more than average metric tools required other than mig welder for strap tabs. Kudos out to Paul Fox at Defiant Truck Products for the tech support and outstanding customer support!!!! Truck looks like a truck now and handles like a train! RIP michelin 265s!!!

Did you go with the new KMC Monster wheels? I was up in Canada three weeks ago and I saw them on a blacked out F@#D, man they looked nice!

PLEASE POST PICS OF YOUR TRUCK! I'm sure many of us would also like to see some close-up pics of the new suspension, as well!

dude sorry!!!!!! pics might be waiting approval??? i put a couple up but they were at nightfall so not sure how they will show up. decided against KMC for they are made in China and the centerlines are made in my homestate of cali. i spec'd them at 18x9" with 5.25 BS and i trimmed the front plastic valance. only get a rub with full lock and big bump so far but its only day one. i plan on getting the carli control arms to push out the axle a bit...maybe solving all issues. Looks mean either way.

Truck looks good. The ride gets better and better as it breaks in. Wait until you notice how much better it corners with minimal roll. I'm still diggin my Carli set-up. Amazing system.

I cant wait for that! it rides good now but the ride quality when the shocks are cold is a little rough. its been 14-25 degrees out here and until the shocks warm up. trying to find a clunk in the chasis. i have checked out everything that i installed and none of that seems to be the prob. its a loud clunk when i hit a small/ quick bump , like a manhole cover. think it might be the bushings for the sway bar. either way its driving me nuts. i called sage and paul they have no clue as well. pretty funny to hear sage get worked up over what it could be! that crew is incredible when it comes down to their customers. front diff guard and stab shocks going on tonight.

Looks good edd.

I'm dying to get the dual stabilizer setup, and I also want their rock shield. If/When I move up to 37's I'll add the control arms also. Once I get that stuff I'm calling it quits on the suspension...

Yeah, they do. Carli's arms are 1/2" longer than stock.
