Thumbs up Carli ball joints

I just got done installing upper and lower Carli ball joints. What a diffrence in the way the truck drives. I think they are well worth the money. The truck tuns real easy with them almost like driving a little car, feels like there is no weight on the tires when you turn the wheel. I got them from KLM Performance. They got ten sets in last wednesday that were not spoken for. Big thumbs up to Carli !!

I installed a set last week that were tighter than #%^( after they were torqued. Called them on it and they stated just to "snug them up". At least they come with good locking nuts.

I think he means Carli said he had the castle nut torqued down too tight on the stud. That puts too much preload on the joint and causes them to bind.

So is there a recommended torque value?

That makes more sense to me than "snug them up". Must be in the enclosed instruction sheet...
