can't find the problem?

Please bare with my guys, might be pretty lengthy to explain this. Ok so the transmission does not want to shift out of first gear unless i redline the truck @ 3200 RPM. Thats just part of the problem. When it finally shifts into 2nd gear, it feels like the truck is in neutral, then when you rev it up, like when it is in neutral, it will eventually get caught up to the torque converter. From 2nd to 3rd gear, i quickly shifts in to 3rd, then right back to 2nd for only a second then right back to third. kinda like a studder shift, does it every time. then from there everything seams normal. 4th gear works great and locks up just perfect.
Now here is the Mystery, at first I thought ok governor pressure solenoid right? NO! changed that and the transducer at the same time. No luck! Ok then i am thinking somewhere along the lines of Valve Body. so i call ATS up and tell them what is going on. They send me a brand new Valve body, i am thinking for sure this is going to work. Nope! at this point pretty pisssed off. So next i change the speed sensor. no luck there either. oh and i also adjusted both bands to there 72in pounds and backed of the correct amount. Fluid is very clean was no metal particles in the trans pan. i am going crazy about to lose my mind, i have no idea what is left to change? Hopefully someone on here knows the cure! thanks for baring with me.

no codes what so ever! weirdest thing ever!! did find out about ATS's warranty tho, they warranty the parts, the customer has to pay for shipping and labor! how sweet is that!!

Have you done anything with your programmer to adjust for tire size? A lot of programmers will adjust for tire size and shift points; however, if your computer still thinks that you have the stock 31" tires it will negatively effect your shift points.

I think your problem is more than that though. Your quick shift from 2-3 is probably because your transmission is winding out so much in 1st that it completely bypasses the 2nd gear shift point and goes straight to the 3rd gear shift point. Hooking your computer up to a scan tool may give you a better idea what your problem is.

PS: ATS's warranty does not sound great.
