Just bought this 2006 mega cab 1ton
owner parked it for about a year a shop told him the engine was bad from injectors , I put new batteries in it, an it fired right up no blow by, only a few mins from my house so I drove it. Check engine light came on. Throwing codes for cyl 1 2 and 3 injector open circuit. And missing So I pulled the harness an omhed the injectors they all read the same, 0.4-0.5 so I put new gasket/harness on it. Codes are now gone. But it smokes a bit not terrible but just wondering if anything else I need to do or does it need injectors ? Only code I know have is wastegate solenoid a, exhaust is aftermarket 5in I havnt ram it long enough yet to even reach full temp

First I replaced the valve cover gasket. That fixed cyl 1&3 , cyl 2 the previous owner had adjusted the valves incorrectly, I believe they adjusted cyl on the wrong stroke. I redone them all an no problems since
