so i need a fuel box to spool up higher on hills? would something like the predator do? I think that a guy on here was stacking that with a juice and was getting good results.

I understand the 06's have a different turbo than the 341's or 03's. I am also saying that I still see boost levels of upwards of 20's to 28's psi on the floor up hills on STOCK programming. Maybe I just hit the hills at a much faster speed than some, keeping my RPM's up to begin with.

I can hit a nice hill (6-7%) at 75 mph turning 2k and maintain my speed no problem (pulling a medium load). But i still cant get it to pump more than teen psi's unless i kick it down and out of OD.

I'd say you have a boost leak. Possibly an exhaust leak or something. 2K rpm's should be enough to bring up 30 psi boost. Even with stock fueling.

Agreed. I just hauled a light hay load today, (9200 #'s) and hit a 5% grade at 73mph and hit the floor with it. Boost went right to 31psi and bounced between 26 and 30ish. No boost fooler or programing.

Thats about right unless add some fueling at that level. You won't see 30 or more unless the WG is disabled but you have to have the fuel at the rpm to generate the boost and stock does not have enough to push into the 20's at that rpm.

Have you added a boost elbow and screwed it almost all the way in?

Careful of the Predator as it is a pressure box and that can be a little dangerous. They seem to work pretty good for some bottom/mid range grunt.

The elbow is not a Boost Fooler, it is an adjustable Boost Elbow. you remove the elbow on your Turbo, replace with the adj. elbow. Boost Fooling is done electronically
