Ok I'll try this again!!!! Your turbo isn't making boost at idle (it's just an expensive fan at that point) However the engine is still pulling in air. A vacuum gauge could show that. Take the intercooler pipe off the intake horn and put your hand over it and tell me that's not "vacuum"? If you still don't believe me put a long flexable hose on there off a shop vac and sweep the floor with it. The higher you rev the engine the cleaner your floor will be! (please take video of said experiment)
