Body Rust

On my 2004 both cab corners are starting to rust with 90,000 on the clock its been an UPSTATE New york truck its whole life so i know why its rusting just cant belive it already, any one else have any visible from the outside body rust?

Ya, on the fender above the passenger rear wheel I have a hole. Pretty sure it's a replacement panel though from an accident I was not informed of when I purchased the vehicle. Really grinds my gears if you know what I mean. Darn motor ain't even broke in yet. At this rate, who knows what will go first, the trans or the body lol.

Mine's an 03, and I can probably list more body parts with rust than without right now! Winter sucks!!!

Ok well thanks guys i dont feel so bad now, between the salt and the calcium that they put on the road now i cant belive you cant hear the rust eating your truck.

Look under the doors. My last 3500 got really bad in that location by 100,000 and of course Dodge would not do anything with it. I should have looked sooner while it was still in the paint/body warranty.

5 rest6red 0y 96 and gt rid of allthe rust. as soon as i had the first saltcalcium mix i had a rust hole in about 2 months...

Mine is starting to rust at the bottom of the tailgate. It's been painted 3 times and they still can't get it right.
