Blown head gasket?

My truck is leaking some kind of milky oil type substance. The dipstick is clean tho. Haven't had a chance to look in the radiator yet, waiting for truck to cool down. Also it's got a slight knock sound coming form the front of the engine. It has 99700 miles on it. Maybe water pump but why would it have oil in coolant?

Have you checked your coolant now that it is turned off??? Oil in the coolant can be head gasket but also OIL COOLER.....

Yeah, I checked the coolant. It's only about 3/4 full. Can't see the color as it is too low. But the leak appears to be coming from behind the top pulley. The fluid is a rusty milky color, and it feels like oil.

Well I took it into the dealer and they said they think it's just the water pump. I was pretty sure that was gonna have to be replaced. Then I ask about the oil and they said they think it just from spraying around the engine compartment. I don't quite buy that. Then I ask if they can change the belt and tensioner. I just about had a heart attack. They quoted me 488.00 for parts and additional labor. He said the tensioner would be 251.00 and the belt 42.00. Thats 195 dollars in additional labor. They already have to tear it apart under warranty for the pump. The best part I called our local Cummins dealer and they quote me 77.00 for the tensioner. What a bunch of crooks. I will be calling them back today and tell them just do the pump and tell them I will never do business with them again.
