Blankety Blank High Pressure Lines????
Blankety Blank High Pressure Lines????
So I just blew my third high pressure line into my injectors. They keep cracking and stranding me. The dealer says that he goes through a dozen a month. I wont even get into the "should be a recall thought". My question is, does anybody make a flexible line that i could keep in the truck so Im not stuck on the road again. 2005 1 ton.

I don't think there is a flexible line that could withstand that much fuel pressure. Make sure all the bolts are tight on the brackets. Replaced 3 lines on the same injector? New lines are supposed to be thicker wall to prevent cracking. Make yourself a cap off tool from old injector line. Cap leaking injector line at rail will get you home with one dead injector. I have done this many times to get a no start off the road and back to the shop. Fuel rail cap off tool.
