From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
A ten mile road test ought to do it.

Just drive it normal for a few miles. No real breakin period. Just my 2 cts.
Dave at Goerend told me stories of burnouts just as soon as it came off the rack.....LOL Some people can break anything.

What they said!!! Dave Goerend test drove mine with me in the passenger seat seat. As soon as he warmed up the motor, he was all over it. If it was built right, there isn't a break in period.

Spooler- I heard those stories too! Four wheel burnouts in front of the shop and spinning the tires all the way around the bend heading north out of town!

My DTT trans builder didn't say much about pampering it. But he did say, I need to service it within about 2000 miles. If fact he offered to service it free if I just brought my own fluid/filter to his shop.

Now im just back on my own 20k service interval, like I was when stock.

You guys running the HTS VB, how do you like them and are there any issues, like 2-3 hunting for gears and all?
