My batteries have been draining over night but not to the point it won't crank. my radio sometimes works and sometimes doesnt. The lights around it work when lights are on but there is no display or nothing. I unplugged the IOD fuse and it didnt help any

The radio deck, you don't happen to have a cd in there do you??? Pull the power to the radio,, and test it.
