when I originally ordered Dynatrac's balljoints, I told Steve that I didn't want to be a ginny pig. I wanted to do the job once and not have to worry about anything. He assured me that they were tested and ready to go. When I got the call that Dynatrac was doing a recall on them and not to drive truck untill they were swapped out I was pretty dissapointed. Bottom line was that they would send me oem balljoints, I would swap them out and send back Dynatrac's and they would either refund money or send me good balljoints. As most of you know, working 70 plus hours a week leaves little spare time, and doing balljoints (again) on only day off is not very desirable.
Nonetheless, I swapped them out yesterday. Got home about 445 this afternoon and called Steve to let him know balljoints were ready to be picked up (per his instructions). Was kept on hold for 20 minutes, hung phone up and called back and what do ya know, no answer because they close at 5. I'm a little ****** off and my opinion of Dynatrac is in the toilet right now!!!!

 

This would be great. Hopefully Carli will offer a DTR group buy to help poor saps like me that will be having to buy ball joints around Christmas time. I'm just sayin...
