bad U Joint

I took my truck in for a 60K tranny flush (at 63,000)

and they replaced the rear U joint. They said it was bad. I was hearing a little noise but I thought it was the winter wheels and tires I just put on.

They covered it under the 70,0000 mile warranty

what is the life of these??

u-joints

I had Bad u-joints in the front hubs @ 50K and the part here in Va. is $65.00 at Auto parts so 35 dollars to bust my knuckles and is worth it to take off my front hubs.
