arp stud help

arp stud help

I am installing a set of studs on my ram everything was going good last night had 8 studs left when I discovered I was shipped a stud that was fine thread on both ends!!! Timinva said he has had the same problem??!! Now what do I do to get a new stud

Call either the place you bought it from or ARP. Have them overnight you a new stud.

Yeah when you call them give them your best tough guy over the phone. When I worked in shipping and I got those kind of calls, there was always a week delay in shipping for some reason.

I got off the phone today with arp.I have two choices they will ship me one free but it will be middle of next week until I get it or They will overnight it but I have to pay 50 dollars for that!!?? customer service is very poor

Their mistake, and you're supposed to wait a week on critical engine parts or cough up the extra freight?
