Approaching 200,000

Hi,
Nearing 200,000 miles and wondering what PM things I should look into fixing/changing. Here's what I've done thus far:
-BigIntake horn changed and heater-grid deleted (Glacier Diesel)
-HomeDepot Air box (tube)
-Additional fuel filter (Glacier Diesel)
-Shocks, steering stabilizer, rear airbags
-Waterpump (a year ago)

Just did 5,000 mile road trip, and averaged 15.5mpg (i think i should be better, but I think the Toyo-tires tires are the culprit).

Injectors are probably the original. Would you start there? (please rank-order suggestions). Thanks!
