New MBRP exhaust system which is correct by whats on the box, my truck is a deffinate 04. Flange on new pipe is to small. So hear i sit with no wheels.

They changed the exhaust size in '04.5 trucks. What's the build date of your truck? I believe anything after January 2004 is a 2004.5. Did your truck have a cat? Also a 04.5 trait.

Maybe the manufacturer screwed up. Hey, it happens.

and yes there is a Cat that if it was short and kind of round, looks like it was cut open and gutted and welded closed.

 

Your truck is a 2004.5. You ordered the 2003-04 exhaust, that's why the turbo flange on the exhaust is too small.

 

Yep, just did some digging around, went and looked ast the sticker on the valve cover 325HP..ugh!!

oh well i will sent it back for a refund..buddy just told hes a dealer for MBRP..i get his cost.
