Any experience dealing with DTT?

Just curious if any of you guys have any experience, good or bad, in dealing with this company. My truck is down, waiting on parts, and I'm just trying to find out what I'm getting into, if you know what I mean.

I used them years ago with excellent results. I found their service to be top notch. I did however go up to their shop in BC to have it rebuilt at the time and couldnt have been happier. However that was 150k miles ago and however many years it has been. Trans is still working fine.

Well, they have not impressed me. I ordered a TC and a flex plate last monday. They told me that the FP was in TN, which would be 1 day shipping to where I live. They said the TC would need to be built in GA, and it would take a couple of days, but I should have it by friday or monday. Well, it's tuesday, and I have received nothing. They charged my card the day I ordered and I have not got an email or anything from them since. I called today to get an update on when I can expect my parts, since my dealer has the truck on the lift and called to ask me if I had heard anything, and the lady said she would check and call me back. Guess what? She didn't call me back.

I've got a vacation coming up in a week and a half, and I'm out the money and have no parts. I NEED my truck fixed and I don't have the time to play guessing games. I will try to be nice one more time tomorrow, but as far as I'm concerned, they have 2 1/2 strikes already. I just needed to vent a little.
